The hand tool industry had only ever targeted the "backyard dad" or "construction worker" personas - neglecting other existing and important customer segments, like artists and production teams.

We saw an opportunity for Stanley Tools to break this category convention by serenading these
unsung heroes, thus becoming the first tool brand to build equity across the board.
